{"id":5216,"date":"2024-06-19T10:08:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T10:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.burdurtb.org.tr\/tr\/?p=5216"},"modified":"2024-07-31T11:59:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T11:59:51","slug":"burdurda-bakliyat-uretimini-yeniden-artirmaliyiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.burdurtb.org.tr\/tr\/2024\/06\/19\/burdurda-bakliyat-uretimini-yeniden-artirmaliyiz\/","title":{"rendered":"Burdur\u2019da bakliyat \u00fcretimini yeniden art\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Burdur\u2019da bakliyat \u00fcretiminin 1983\u2019ten bu yana en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede oldu\u011funu vurgulayan BTB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, \u201cKurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n pencesinde \u00fcretim m\u00fccadelesi verdi\u011fimiz bu d\u00f6nemde, uygulanacak do\u011fru y\u00f6ntemlerle az su isteyen bakliyat \u00fcretimininin yeniden artmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmeliyiz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Burdur\u2019un tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim verilerini analiz etmeye devam eden Burdur Ticaret Borsas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Veteriner Hekim \u00d6mer Faruk G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, 1983\u2019ten bu yana de\u011fi\u015fen hayvan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile hububat \u00fcretim verilerinin ard\u0131ndan bakliyat \u00fcretim rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 da de\u011ferlendirdi. 1983\u2019te 14 Bin Ton\u2019u, 1988\u2019de ise Burdur\u2019da en \u00e7ok \u00fcretim rakam\u0131na ula\u015farak 23.7 Bin Ton\u2019u bulan nohutun, 2023\u2019e gelindi\u011finde Bin 304 Ton\u2019a geriledi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n sonuna kadar Burdur\u2019un nohut \u00fcretiminde ciddi bir varl\u0131\u011fa sahip oldu\u011funu, kuru fasulye ve \u00fcretimi az olsa da yerel pazara yetecek seviyede olan mercime\u011fin de benzer kaderi payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. \u00dcretimdeki azalman\u0131n sebeplerini ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerini de de\u011ferlendiren G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, geli\u015fen tar\u0131m teknolojileri ve erken tan\u0131 sistemiyle olu\u015facak hastal\u0131klar ve \u00fcretimi tehdit eden di\u011fer problemlerin \u00fcstesinden gelinerek, bakliyat \u00fcretiminin art\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23.7 Bin Ton nohut \u00fcretirken 1.3 Bin Ton\u2019a geriledik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Burdur\u2019da nohut \u00fcretiminin 1983\u2019ten 2023\u2019e kadar olan 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim miktarlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Burdur Ticaret Borsas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Veteriner Hekim \u00d6mer Faruk G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, \u201cVerilere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 1983\u2019te 14 Bin Ton olan nohut \u00fcretimimiz, 1988\u2019de 23,7 Bin Ton\u2019a kadar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f. 2000 Y\u0131l\u0131na kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f grafi\u011fi s\u00fcren ve 12 Bin Ton\u2019a gerileyen \u00fcretim, 2009 Y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 15 Bin Ton\u2019un \u00fczerinde kalm\u0131\u015f. 2010\u2019da 8 Bin Ton\u2019a gerilemi\u015f ve 2017\u2019ye kadar ayn\u0131 seyirde devam etmi\u015f. 2018\u2019den 2023\u2019e kadar 5 y\u0131lda ise 2 Bin Ton band\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na inmi\u015f, 2023\u2019e gelindi\u011finde Burdur\u2019da nohut \u00fcretimi Bin 304 Ton\u2019a d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f. Tablonun b\u00f6ylesi d\u00fc\u015fmesindeki ba\u015fl\u0131ca sebep, di\u011fer tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdeki azalmada oldu\u011fu gibi \u015fehirlere g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn artmas\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer sebepler ise nohut hasat\u0131n\u0131n zahmetli olu\u015fu, hasat kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek miktarda olmas\u0131, mantari hastal\u0131klar, domuz ve b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan yem bitkilerine y\u00f6nelimdir. Nohut ekiminin en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu Ye\u015filova \u0130l\u00e7emizde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fcreticilerimiz, nohut ekimini b\u0131rakmalar\u0131ndaki ba\u015fl\u0131ca sebebi, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, mantari hastal\u0131k olan antraknoz ve b\u00f6lgede mermer ocaklar\u0131n\u0131n da etkisiyle domuz istilalar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yorlar. \u00dcreticiler, \u015fehrimizde 2017\u2019de nohut \u00fcretimini b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda b\u0131rakmalar\u0131n\u0131n sebebini de o d\u00f6nem ki nohut fiyatlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nohutta ihracat art\u0131yor, Burdur\u2019da da \u00fcretim artmal\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de nohut \u00fcretim rakamlar\u0131n\u0131 da de\u011ferlendirip, nohutun \u00f6zellikle 2018\u2019den sonra pazar problemi olmayan bir \u00fcr\u00fcn haline geldi\u011fini ve geli\u015fen tar\u0131msal teknolojiyi de kullanarak Burdur\u2019da rekolte art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flanacak y\u00f6ntemlerle yeniden ekim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, \u201c\u00d6zellikle 2018\u2019den bu yana nohut \u00fcretimine \u00f6nem verilmi\u015f ve \u00fcretim miktar\u0131 \u00fclke genelinde 630 Bin Ton\u2019a kadar \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2021\u2019de ya\u015fanan kurakl\u0131k nedeniyle 475 Bin Ton\u2019a d\u00fc\u015fse de 2022 ve 2023\u2019te \u00fcretim miktar\u0131 580 Bin Ton band\u0131ndad\u0131r. Son 5 y\u0131lda ise ciddi bir ihracat \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc haline gelen nohutun, fiyat d\u00fczenlemesi de yap\u0131larak kazanc\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eehrimizde de geli\u015fen tar\u0131msal teknolojileri kullanarak nohut \u00fcretimini yeniden art\u0131rmak, ekonomik getiri sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi kurakl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 da ciddi bir \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Di\u011fer yandan mantari hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 erken tan\u0131 sistemi uygulanarak verim kayb\u0131 engellenebilir, nohut ekecek \u00fcreticilere TARS\u0130M Kurakl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 ek poli\u00e7e ile yapt\u0131r\u0131larak, ekonomik tehditlere kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvence olu\u015fturulabilir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuru Fasulye ve Mercimek\u2019te de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f var<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuru Fasulye ve Mercimek \u00fcretimiyle ilgili de verileri payla\u015fan Ba\u015fkan G\u00fcnd\u00fczalp, \u201c\u015eehrimizde \u00e7ok miktarda olmasa da yerel piyasada ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek miktarda olan kuru fasulye ve mercimek \u00fcretiminde de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6zlenmektedir. 1983\u2019te \u015fehrimizde Bin 641 Ton olan kuru fasulye \u00fcretimi, 1985\u2019te 5 Bin 442 Ton\u2019a kadar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ortalama Bin Ton civar\u0131nda \u00fcretilen kuru fasulye, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde 391 Ton\u2019a kadar gerilemi\u015ftir. Oysa \u0130nsuyu Havzas\u0131 ve Kemer\u2019in Belenli K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019de \u00fcretilen Kuru Fasulye, lezzet olarak tercih edilen, iyi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131larak markala\u015fmas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilecek bir bakliyat \u00e7e\u015fididir.
